Pension fund money only helps with equity. Banks still apply the affordability test.

For a CHF 2M house, the bank assumes ~116k/year housing cost (~9.7k/month). That requires ~300–350k gross income to pass the 33% rule.

So 2k/month does not finance 2M.

- Stable state machine layout with source code where the layout is not reset everytime you import/export.
- Possibility to provide implementations for inputs and invoked actors and anything else that you might export from the editor.

@madebygoogle I managed to find help, by changing the language to FR or DE instead, from CH i had 0 indication on how to get support.
I got an estimation of 293,50 € to fix the screen + frame, a new Pixel 5 is 630€.. that's kind of sad, thought about repearing it and giving it to my wife.

I tried calling the Google Store phone support from CH, went through the Pixel help sections for 2 hours but there is no way to reach you :( please help my phone is still under warranty.

I only had one case where I couldn't apply the transitions through tailwind classes directly: "transition : box-shadow 75ms, background-color 300ms;" (But I can easily make a class that applies them so 👍)
