@AJA_Cortes Is Sermorelin worth it? I have a script for it and have been using it for a couple years. T went way up first 12 months, steadily declining since. Recently upped my dosage from 30 to 40 units, but wondering if I should just go to TRT. 47 here, 6’3” 195 approx 20% body fat.

@AJA_Cortes Can BPC-157 heal a minor labrum tear in the shoulder? Ortho said it won’t heal, surgery was only solution if it became unbearable. Right now it’s fine, no range of motion limits or strength issues, just certain exercises irritate.

The “same day round trip” is very draining (esp as a night owl taking early morning flights)

However, it is far more efficient than two travel days

Get in -> meeting -> straight back to airport

Worth it every time to sleep in your own bed and wake up recharged

@pinchharmonic_ @BowTiedUM I haven’t noticed a significant difference yet. However I’ve been battling a nagging illness of late and haven’t been using it consistently. It was also the first time I’ve reconstituted, and while I’m pretty sure I did it right it’s possible I didn’t.
