@TrainLifeGB @EthanAfro Reilability may be a concern for the 701s but I doubt the now elderly 40-45 year old 455s are much better. Not to mention how lots of rolling stock is quite unreliable when new, 745s/755s, 442s and 458s to name 4
@TrainLifeGB The logic is understandable though, would you rather run a more expensive fleet of 450s or hold onto recently refurbished stock and pay less in leasing costs?
@GwVillager Noticed its a problem with several London Termini to some degree. Chiltern does it as the norm, LNWR do on certain services and Grand Central also do. No clue about any others though
