Family man, Disable Veteran trying to be a great dad and husband after 24 years of military service with PTSD. I like sports and stocks. Boxing is my passion
@SenatorWicker wants to send service members to war but when they get shot or their legs blown off, or lose their eye sight from a bomb blast, he does not want to give them the military retirement they’ve earned. Pass the #MajorRichardStarAct get educated before you block it.
@SecWar@POTUS and just like that @MikeJohnson screws over 45K Combat injured Veterans from their earned retirement by going into recess after we got the 218 petition signatures. With elections around the corner, Veterans will sound off, not good Republicans. Blame Johnson
@POTUS@SecWar you want to show veterans you care, have Congress pass the#MajorRichardStarAct for all Chapter 61 force medical retirees who are having their retirements taxed. I did 24 years 16 Active and I get no retirement money, it’s taxed. This is an injustice to all Vetrans
@GOP It’s not going cost as much as Congress says it is because of the 60K veterans affected, not every veteran will choose concurrent receipt over CSRS because they will make more money in CRSC. It’s gonna be way less than $13 billion over 10 years.
@JerryMoran Star Act, It’s not going cost as much as Congress says it is because of the 60K veterans affected, not every veteran will choose concurrent receipt over CSRS because they will make more money with CRSC. It’s gonna be way less than $13 billion over 10 years.
@JerryMoran@AmericanLegion@DoleFoundation It’s not going cost as much as Congress says it is because of the 60K veterans affected, not every veteran will choose concurrent receipt over CSRS because they will make more money in CRSC. It’s gonna be way less than $13 billion over 10 years so let get the Star Act passed
@MarshaBlackburn you say you care about veterans then stop the Take Care of Veterans Act which takes from severely injured veterans to pay other veterans and only gives half their retirement and pass the Major Richard Star Act that gives them full retirement
If they really cared, the would pass the #MajorRichardStarAct which stops the Combat injured veterans tax and stop the Take Care of American Veterans act which would take from Veterans to give to other veterans
The VA MISSION Act was just the beginning of President Trump’s strong commitment to our veterans.
“We have a responsibility to meet the needs of these veterans,” said Senator @MarshaBlackburn when discussing why passing the Take Care of America’s Veterans Act is a top priority for her and President Trump.
@VetAffairsDems @GumVeani88134g It won’t cost 13 billion dollars because not every chapter 61 combat injured veteran will choose concurrent receipt because they’ll get more money in CRSC. So those numbers are wrong it would be much less.
