Missed Adhaar Housing Finance EMI by ₹106. They’re charging ₹590 late fee + 24% on that fee, and say it’ll be levied 4× this month (₹2,360+) if I don’t pay today. RBI says no interest on penal charges & no compounding. Is this fair lending? @AdhaarHousing @RBI @FinMinIndia

[Banker Boy @BoyBanker]

@karetribe Yes definitely why not, if someone is ther to celebrate my parents birthday and he is substituting my absence then that would be a guilt free experience for me. 😁 Thank you @karetribe for getting things done on our end.

[Banker Boy @BoyBanker]

@karetribe I would worry most about my parents being lost and maybe someone holding their hand when they are climbing stairs or are walking in edge so someone to take care of that would be really beneficial. 😁

[Banker Boy @BoyBanker]

@karetribe I wish someone could accompany my parents to local temple or bank or sometimes walk with them to park whenever Iam not available.

[Banker Boy @BoyBanker]

@karetribe It will be reassuring to know that our parents are with someone trustworthy who is sensitive to them and also taking care of them on minute by minute basis.

30 DAYS OF LISTENING — DAY 6 💚

A bank visit, medicines, paperwork or a simple errand can be difficult when your parents manage it alone.

What’s one everyday task you wish someone trustworthy could help with when you’re unavailable?

[Banker Boy @BoyBanker]

@karetribe It’s not just the missed calls. The hardest part is knowing whether your parents truly need help when they say, “I’m fine.” Reliable support for everyday needs, medical visits, and emergencies can make the distance easier to manage.

@bindureddy You haven't idea mam but you are a role model for me. And I have been following you since long time and you are a big influence on me, though Iam hardly as much capable as you are. I really hope you see this. As an Indian Iam proud of you.
