@Uber_Support At last contact, your support team hanged up on the account holder after 45 minutes of being turfed from one agent to another. Your online support just replies with robotic-like responses. You need to revamp your support model.

@Uber A driver reported that a passenger requested an illegal activity. The driver of course refused to do it, which was the right thing to do. Sadly, the passenger gave the rider the driver a bad rating for it and you refused to fix that. Why?
