Mario, Link, Pikachu, Kratos, Ellie, Spidey etc. Casuals recognize them. Xbox has Halo, Gears & Forza with only MC being mascot like. Having ES6 & FO5 associated with Xbox would be huge.

@IdleSloth84_ @XBOXSupport This's why I only buy digital when it's dirt cheap so it won't hurt if i lose it. Also always back up photos to a hard drive/PC. You can't trust any of these companies.

@CypressSmurf @klobrille @XBOX Can't even blame the devs. Unless previous management lied to us for yrs most of the devs did what they were supposed to. GP was the great equalizer right? Smaller, innovative & creative games were safer to make because of GP. So all these devs did their thing & get Xed for it.

You want my $ put up a decent product as good, or better, than your competitors. @XBOX hasn't been that since the 360. This is all on MS/Xbox.

I'm a consumer 1st, gamer 2nd & Xbox fan in distant 3rd. If PS & Nin don't follow suit & raise theirs Xbox as a platform is cooked.

@DownerJ07 @XboxTimdog 10hr experiences won't help. Too many will wait, get a month of GP & finishes a ton of those. They need mp games that stick & long games like Elder Scrolls & Fallout. Reasons to keep GP more than a month, particularly if they're exclusive. Doubt they have the balls for that tho.

@Septic_Sauce @sgaragarru87 Imo it doesn't need gutting but revision. Adding CoD, Fortnite Crew etc & upping the $ was stupid. Take them out & keep the cost lower. Warn & suspend those using cheap stolen keys & lose the $1 deals & conversion exploits. Add a steady cadence of games you can't finish in a day.

@DownerJ07 @XboxTimdog Your math assumes every dev only worked on EDay. Probably not true as they assisted other studios before & worked on other games in tandem with external devs (Tactics). It's also Canadian so different pay scale & $ conversion. Not saying it wasn't expensive, just not that simple.

@PeterP_1985 Imo DF will be fine. They're like Obsidian. Keeper & Kiln released while they're working on another (hope Psyconauts 3). A studio who can pump out decent small games while working on a bigger one works well for GP. I'm more worried about Compulsion & NT.

It being 'not enough' is why they reduced GP cost & revived exclusivity as #s were declining. Whether it will or won't work I don't know. But I am sure Twitter rando 1188 doesn't know.

@ane1188 @JezCorden Not true. Search per capita spending on consoles. Xbox is in the middle but only slightly behind PS (actually ahead in certain GaaS areas like GTO). Nintendo is the lowest per capita. Xbox's problem is volume given over the last 2 gens they've lost a huge chunk of their base.
