The first decline in the number of teachers employed across Scotland in 5 years is cause for concern. This is particularly acute in the Primary sector, where the decline in the number of teachers has seen the ratio of pupils per teacher increase

The current offer is an average of 5.07% and is not enough to end this dispute. The Scottish Government and COSLA must #PayAttention and come back to the negotiating table with a significantly improved offer.
