@AmericanAir There were many upset people in the same situation. Look at the photo. How is it possible that no one had bags that fit?

@AmericanAir We didn't put it in. You guys did. It slid in and out with no problems. We have used the bags on AA flight 5 times this summer.

@AmericanAir And, the bag *did* fit when they tested it, but said the pouch was too big. Even after seeing it fit. Desk people refused to talk.

Lastly @AmericanAir please don't blame your customers when you are fined for late take off when you start late and ignore us. That is rude.
