@AirCanada flight AC7615; a full flight, was held back 40+ mins because a solo business class passenger was stuck in customs. We all had to sit and wait for him to get to the plane, delaying our arrival in Dallas. I’ll remember this next time I’m 5 mins late and y’all leave me🤦‍♂️
