The BVAS non-mandatory argument is one of the most important to us because:

1. Many result upload was not done with the BVAS which should make such results null and void because bypassing the BVAS means bypassing the security controls put in place by INEC for the conduct of the election.

2. According to INEC ONLY the BVAS (hardware and software) was designed and developed by INEC for the purpose of voters authentication AND AND AND result transmission.

3. Non use of BVAS for authentication and transmission of results give room for buman error and mass Data manipulation.

4. The integrity of the election data (accreditation and results) can only be validated if the BVAS was use.

5. Only the BVAS can generate a log file that can prove to the court what happened during the election to the point of data transmission (upload).

6. The BVAS Election Data upload (Accreditation and result sheet) is the ONLY means outside of the physical copy posted on the PU wall that allows voter the opportunity to know what was declared at their PU and identify irregularities.

I can keep going on... INEC is a FRAUD. We must take BVAS argument very seriously.

You can THEN take 1 or 2 of these airlines and give them flag carrier status.
