@USATRUMPMAN1 Typical thinking of the Left. Find a problem that doesn't exist and claim that it's whatever the woke term of the day it is. Then try to resolve the problem, make a rule that solves the problem when in reality creates the perceived problem in the 1st place.
The Marquis de Lafayette’s enthusiasm for Liberty led to his 1778 enlistment in the Continental Army; he would eventually command US troops at Yorktown in 1781 (and give Lord Cornwallis fits). His nickname is The Hero of the Two Worlds (Le Héros des Deux Mondes).
Our $20 million exhibition, "George Washington: A Revolutionary Life," is now open! It features more original objects than ever before and interactive galleries that let you step into George Washington's world.
Imam Mohammad Tawhidi @Imamofpeace former Islamist, trained in Qom, Iran. Today one of the world’s sharpest Muslim critics of political Islam.
Here you have it in black and white. From a man who sat on the inside.
He openly explains how Islamists deliberately use the left’s useful idiots as a shield. A strategy. Shut down all criticism with accusations of racism, while Islamism grows in peace behind the kind-hearted and naive.
They think they’re defending a minority. In reality they’re defending an ideology that despises everything they stand for: women’s freedom, gay rights, free speech.
Listen to him. He knows exactly what he’s talking about.
#OnThisDay in 1776, the Committee of Five was appointed by the Second Continental Congress to begin drafting the Declaration. In a letter to Timothy Pickering in August 1822, John Adams wrote about forming the Committee: https://t.co/ocQvXZP8O9

Investing in Peace
11 June 1781, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Confederation Congress expanded the American peace commission amid hopes that British defeats, especially Yorktown later that year, might open negotiations. John Adams (already in Europe), Benjamin Franklin (at Versailles), and newcomer John Jay (minister to Spain) were joined by Henry Laurens (former president of Congress) and Thomas Jefferson (Virginia governor). Jefferson, however, declined the appointment because of personal and state obligations and never joined the team. The full commission was formally appointed on June 15. These diplomats—later effectively Adams, Franklin, Jay, and eventually Laurens—would negotiate the 1783 Treaty of Paris, securing U.S. independence and vast western territories despite French preferences. This move professionalized American diplomacy for the war’s endgame. #RevWar #AmRev #History #RevWarTales
🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Tens of thousands of Spencer Pratt voters are now receiving rejection letters from the county clerk saying that their ballots were not counted due to signature irregularities. Yet, Governor Gavin Newsom just passed legislation that would make it illegal for anyone conducting oversight, to contest signatures that they deemed fraudulent. Democrats allow ballots to be signed with an X, a -, or a 🙂 to pass and count, but all of a sudden, only Republican signatures are being flagged for irregularities, rejected, and not counted. 🤔 One of these California Republican voters said that his signature has been on file for over 20 years and there has never been an issue until he voted for Spencer Pratt. Nithya Ramen has beaten Spencer Pratt by less than 3000 votes. There are at least 18,000 Pratt voters who received this letter saying their votes were rejected.
Gordon Wood, on how seriously the Founding Generation and their British cousins took ancient authors:
“The writings of classical antiquity provided more than window dressing for educated Englishmen on both sides of the Atlantic; they were, in fact, the principal source of their public morality and values. Political leaders were held to ancient republican standards.”
No wonder so many of them, like Richard Henry Lee and George Washington, were remembered as “Plutarch’s Men”! Such is clearly what they were!
An unpublished U.S. State Department report concludes that Iran, Russia, and China are actively weaponizing antisemitism as a tool of statecraft and influence. I wonder how many of the vile anti-Jewish replies I get to my posts come from foreign bots. Come @elonmusk, please purge X of these foreign hate purveyors.
That means antisemitism is being used increasingly as a political weapon—to divide societies, spread conspiracy theories, destabilize democracies, and manipulate public opinion.
This is what I mean when I say antisemitism is a warning sign of a broader attack on democratic values. The hatred is real but the propaganda is deliberate. And the people funding and amplifying it know exactly what they're doing.
That is why those who think antisemitism does not affect them because they are not Jewish don't realize that they ignore it at their own peril.

The Committee of Five—John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Robert Livingston, and Roger Sherman—was appointed to draft the Declaration of Independence 250 years ago today.
Jefferson's draft of the document is here at the Library, and will be featured in a new exhibition opening July 3.
#OTD 250 years ago, the Continental Congress took another decisive step toward independence by appointing a 5-man committee to draft a declaration separating the American colonies from Great Britain, setting in motion the creation of one of the most influential documents in history.
Did anybody really think that Democrat fraud wouldn’t find its way in to campaign fundraising?
Of course not, it’s rampant!
ActBlue’s CEO just took the Fifth like she’s running a cartel, not a “small-dollar” fundraising machine.
$19 BILLION funneled through a platform that allegedly gutted fraud checks and let foreign cash pour in.
Democrats spent years screaming about “foreign interference”… while their own mega-donor pipeline was apparently wide open to it.
This isn’t a glitch. This is the machine.
Where’s the DOJ? Where’s the outrage? Crickets.

America at 250
On June 11, 1776, the Second Continental Congress takes a pivotal step toward American independence by appointing the Committee of Five to draft the Declaration of Independence.
Chosen for the task:
• Thomas Jefferson (Virginia)
• John Adams (Massachusetts)
• Benjamin Franklin (Pennsylvania)
• Roger Sherman (Connecticut)
• Robert R. Livingston (New York)
Jefferson, praised for his eloquent pen, was urged by Adams to take the lead on the first draft. After revisions by Adams and Franklin, the committee presented its work to Congress on June 28, history was just days away…
