Happy Sunday everyone and welcome Maude, our new sheep for Yarndale 2021! We discovered that Maude means ‘mighty in battle’ which somehow seems apt for this year. #Yarndale2021#crochet#yarnhooking#crochetloopstitch
Well, what a difference a day can make! It was soo sunny and glorious yesterday but today its been pouring for most of the day. So, I thought we could do with a little pop of colour with After the Storm and Storm Clouds which I think is my favourite combo.

We’ll have about 60 stallholders at Woolfest Online 2021 plus the 12 members of The Wool Clip and a few surprises and guests. If you’ve not yet joined the Facebook Group then please look out for the Ryeland sheep. Image credit: Jenny Woolgar
I absolutely loved putting together some colour combinations for the Ad Maiora shawl collaboration with Karen Broz. I really love the name which translates to "towards greater things" which I think is very fitting for the last year and a bit we've had.

Summer Solstice is now up for preorder!
Last year I really loved curating my Equinox/Solstice collection and this year has been no different. The yarn is my brand new Cove base which is perfect for socks. I'm planning to knit socks, what would you make?

Hands up who's ready for summer now?! It's almost time to launch this year's limited edition Summer Solstice colourway. I thought I'd just share a bit of a close up for now as I'll be officially launching it tomorrow for preorder.
