@LNER The train is so full people are sat in the vestibules and floor in between seats so no one can get up and down the train very easily, they have put water 4 carriages away… not much use.

@JohnLewisRetail pack of 3 x girls school shirts - ridiculous amounts of plastic and cardboard packaging. Each shirt had a card support, 1 x card and 2 x plastic collar supports plus the plastic bag and 5 plastic clips. Completely unnecessary! #reducewaste #packagingwaste
