@MBTA_CR This line is a joke now and is awful! There is issues weekly! Is it really 15 minutes or going to get canceled like last week. Would be good to know now so we can make other arrangements!!!
@Lowes shocking Lowes has no respect for veterans!! Was in the store with my father who is a veteran and your store wouldn’t even give the discount. Not a single person would help him. Home Depot always gives it to him with his ID!!! You should we ashamed!
@OneMain I spoke with customer service and they said I need to pay the annual fee and then they will close it. Very unprofessional. Why would I pay an annual fee when I’ve not used it for two years?? Also, no managers are available!
@OneMain just tried to close my account that has not been used for two years and being charged a fee. You won’t close it until I pay a fee for an account I want to close?!?! Scam!
@nationalgridus No but you should consider giving your customers a credit when these events happen. We lost everything in the freezer and fridge. It is very expensive to replace all of that!!

@nationalgridus This was from yesterday and after 24 hours we got power back. System you have is broken as there was NO updates and then it was fixed. I pay a small fortune for electricity so you should fix these issues! Beyond frustrating and the fact you respond a day late!!!

@JetBlue the website says no charge to cancel but you are charging a fee! The 800 number said there is nothing they can do and they have to charge. So you want someone sick on the flight because your charging them an outrageous fee!
@Sears just had the rudest service call. I paid for a warranty but my elderly mother with health issues lives here! I asked if I could extend it and I was told no. We are in a pandemic and you are not allowing people to extend warranties. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
@MBTA_CR The Whitman station is a mess. The parking lot has not been plowed and it is a sheet of ice. Someone is going to hurt themselves! Very dangerous. Parking correctly is impossible.
