Some more context on how unusual Buffalo's winter to date has been - overwhelmingly driven by lake effect snow - snowfall so far is at a record maximum to date, and is already above the entire average seasonal snow total.
@burgwx But it is a record for amount of snow up to this point in the season, correct? The graph does not seem to say that, but NWS BUF said so and the data I've looked through appear to show that.
