In a 30-27 victory over Kingman, Wichita Trinity Academy’s Yamnoel Oyola-Bernier delivered a solid performance on both sides of the ball. The senior carried the ball 15 times for over 130 yards and 3 touchdowns, added 2 catches for 65 yards, and chipped in 7 tackles defensively. He nearly added to his big night with a 90+ yard kickoff return for a touchdown, but it was called back. On the year, Oyola-Bernier is averaging over 9 tackles per game, making him one of the Knights’ most impactful two-way players. Under head coach Ryan Schadler, Trinity will look to build on this momentum as they host Smoky Valley on Friday. #sportsinkansas
