I received an email today stating that my X Premium+ subscription has renewed. I am no longer active on social media and do not use X anymore, so I was surprised to see the renewal charge. I had to redownload X to message you.

Since the renewal occurred today and I no longer use the service, I’m writing to kindly request a refund for this most recent X Premium+ charge and for the subscription to be cancelled going forward.
