@contractorkeith@tbmichael The supply house usually carry a house brand which is better than the retail but cheaper (and slightly lower quality) than the name brand if you are going for best bang for your buck.
@LuehWai@thecyrusjanssen@nuanced_nl I grew up eating that in Vancouver Chinatown. Just went to GZ in March. Tasted exactly the same. I haven't seen any cuisine that matches in flavour and restaurant atmosphere.
@p_millerd that's why eating at Chinese restaurants are more social. Having a large circular table with the lazy susan allows better variety of food and conversation. although the restaurant can then be pretty loud.
