@NintendoAUNZ you have the most hostile customer service I’ve ever experienced. Who else threatens its customers that if you decide the damage is out warranty you must then pay to have it returned? #terrible. Same happened on my @XboxSupport and they quickly replaced. Thx Xbox!

@oculus to send back a retail priced 25 dollar remote I have to buy a box that I won’t be reimbursed for, I’m going to spend 20% of the price of a replacement just for the convenience of getting a working remote which I have already paid for. I have to pay to fix their problem

@oakley used to have awesome customer service, just had a rep tell me that if I can’t find my receipt for a pair of glasses that even if it’s manufacturing defect they won’t help. Thanks a lot.
