@tim_sainburg Great points, Tim! I see another call for action to those recruiting for TT positions. Stop relying so much on applicant associations to a particular school. Branch out more - best applicants may be from lesser known schools and programs. Bad system today...

@ToddFitchette Not sure it's a real competition today. Most people will buy or don't buy animal protein regardless. I'd be pretty disappointed in our industry if it drove wedges between trade groups. Instead, we should focus on how best we can keep feeding communities.
