We are BRAVE, SMART, KIND, and POWERFUL here @CopperHillES!
Special thanks to author, PJ Brady for visiting us and meeting our amazing Cougars 🐾 during our monthly Townhall. @JLockettTeach@FlemRarSchools
@PSchrags Hey @PSchrags, with the genius of Mike McDaniel and all the motions... I think Miami's O needs a nickname before the league starts to try to copy it. What about the McMotion Offense?
Holy cow! If you don’t know @bbray27, you should. Have absolutely LOVED our conversations. Her energy, her willingness to help others, her experience and wisdom… The world needs more of her BSK!
My daughter's “smart” was challenged (how we think). So we reminded her grades aren’t about how smart she is.
“Smart” is thinking things through, finding solutions.
Bravery is to try even if you fail.
Self-love is to not get down on yourself.
We're teaching #confidence.
Loved this conversation with @LainieRowell! Her work with gratitude is such a huge key to raising kids with values. Thanks for the chance to share with your audience Lainie!
If you think it is hard having conversations about #BlackHistoryMonth because you aren't black and/or you don't know where to start... start with a BSK approach.
There is only one time in my life I remember losing hope and it was the darkest time.
Please stay hopeful my beautiful ones
❤️❤️❤️ #hope#believe#holdOn
One of my favorite, and most necessary, lessons from Dale Carnegie. Honestly, his work should be required reading in high school, and college, and in the work place... and for anyone engaging in any sort of relationship... ever.
@simonsinek Is this true? Seems a little too restrictive for my taste. Sometimes we need a little selfishness to actually change, especially when the status quo is keeping someone down. Its too cut and dry to say people who fear change are selfish and those who lead it aren't.
