@Nb_6425@mlbtraderumors You think Skubal for 3 months is worth Dudier? Lost your mind. Tigers git nowhere near him and people would have been killing AA next year or the year after when he is either moved back to starting and a top 10 starter or is a top 5-10 reliever and Skubal signed with Dodgers
@jrl_texas@joelklatt Flattered thinking that guy has control over falling at that speed is hilarious. Actually thought the body weight thing was just an NFL rule but I could be wrong
@JCHawks_BBN It was clearly going to be his last at bat of the season. That bottom of the 7th opportunity with Harris on 2nd and another weak ground ball was all the stadium could take
@ParagonBraves If Sean Murphy is here he won't be DHing when he plays. His bat is not good enough to be in the lineup all the time. May be catches vs LHP and Drake Dh while Drake catches vs RHP and Yaz is DH (in scenario above)
@RaineyJP They paid him long before he was during to make any real money. It guaranteed him wealth. That is why he signed it. It was a win win contract, not some favor he was doing to the Braves
@A_Huffstutler He is a pro. Not some college student. You want ro hear boos. Let them not get rid of Profar over the winter. That guy deserves to get booed every AB until the all star break
@ARosser14@thebeeeez It was clearly going to be his last at bat of the season. It was a combo of an average at best regular season and absolutely horse shit post season from him with one last holiday AB in the bottom of the 7th as the tying run.
@BrandonTeweets@realteal09 I never said move him. I just said we can't resign him at like 50-60 million a yr. Guessing that is what his agent will be looking for. I would take him at 30 million ay yr for 5 extra years though
@RunBMC12@BrickByBrick505 No such thing as a team friendly deal that early in your career. He assured himself to be set for life to take a guaranteed 100 million. It was a win win deal
@MHIIisKing I love him but tie up 1/4 of our payroll on what his agent is going to want for what he has produced the last 3 years. No thanks. 30 million a year for 5, I would take that
@BrickByBrick505@RunBMC12 OK. 17 million a year. If that is the case he should resign for a million a year for next 10 years. What world are you living in. These players love the game but the money is king. They will show us that on both sides this offseason when we have no baseball come April
