#Biafrans pay attention for Record purposes.
Election is fast approaching and people are going to use the name of IPOB/MNK to mount on political podiums to campaign and attack our people’s emotions because of Biafra.

Experience they say, is the best teacher. That's why you didn't believe that it will take you 65years before you can penetrate IPOB. So you decided to try, as to have the experience. But the news flash is that it has to be 65years of consistent trial.
Chief James Agba, kindred head in Abande, Benue State, said his calls for security support were met only with promises, and that the government acted only after many people were killed; residents are now fleeing the community.
Muslim Northern elders & youths stopped Nigerian security personnels from arresting Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai, & insisted that, he must go home safely! Meaning , something is seriously fishy. The northerners are making their position on their leaders know to whoever that cares.
After the attack on the Woro community, our correspondent @igbalaniyi, the only Christian present, offered prayers at the graveside for the departed Christian victims.

Disturbing News !

Informing reaching IPOB leadership this night is that one of the new DSS agents assigned to MNK attacked him in the DSS headquarters with the intention to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .
The situation leads to other DSS officers Physically dragged their fellow officer out of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s cell as he was seen kicking Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .
It seems the DSS and those that don’t want Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be free are planning to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu inside DSS headquarters under the pretext of having misunderstanding with a DSS officer.
The action of this DSS officer is unacceptable and made to face the consequences of his action and the DSS must make sure that nothing happens to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in their custody. Unless they’re ready for another new confrontation with IPOB worldwide .

OPEN LETTER
To:
My Lordship, Lady Chief Justice of Nigeria
Chief Justice of Nigeria Hon. Justice Kudirat Olatokunbo Kekere-Ekun,
Chief Justice of Nigeria & President of the Supreme Court
Subject: The illegality of the case of Nnamdi Kanu and Its International Implications
My Lady Chief Justice,
I write to from this Pan African nation of Ghana on way Gambia -Permit me, first and foremost, to salute you as the head of the Judicial Arm of Government and President of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. I recognize your steadfastness, tenacity, and dedication in steering the affairs of Nigeria’s judiciary during these challenging times.
I also bring peace greetings from London, where you pursued and obtained your Master’s degree (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics in 1983. Your contributions to Nigerian jurisprudence, through landmark judgments spanning constitutional law, criminal justice, and election petitions, are widely recognized and respected. As a fellow African, I deeply appreciate your accomplishments and commitment to the rule of law.
My Lady Chief Justice, I write not as a Nigerian, but as an African, born in Uganda and residing in the United Kingdom. As products of the Commonwealth legal tradition and as an elder , I believe we share a responsibility to speak truth about the challenges confronting many African nations.
Nigeria, as a member of the Commonwealth, is bound by its constitutional values, judicial ethics, and obligations under international law.
In the matter of Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, multiple courts—both domestic and international—have declared his extraordinary rendition and detention unlawful:

Lady Chief Justice in jurisprudence, when proceedings are tainted by illegality, they are discontinued so as not to erode the credibility of the courts. The Nigerian courts have already ruled on the illegality, and international bodies have echoed the same.
Lady Chief Justice, therefore, I ask: what is left of the case? Who, indeed, is being tried in your courts, if the very foundation is illegality?
The continued trial appears as a “hot air case”—illegal in its origin, illegal in its process, and illegal in its outcome. Such proceedings risk undermining the hard-earned credibility of Nigeria’s judiciary.
Lady Chief Justice. furthermore, Nigeria’s involvement in the 2018 abduction of 10 Cameroonian professors and lawyers in Abuja, despite court orders for their return, remains a blot on the record of justice. Such precedents raise troubling questions about Nigeria’s commitment to the rule of law within the Commonwealth and beyond.
My Lady Chief Justice, it is painful that these matters must be brought before the international community for scrutiny. Why should the judiciary—an independent arm of government—allow its reputation to be eroded by political interference? Why should courts that symbolize justice permit illegality to fester in their halls?
I respectfully urge you, in your capacity as Chief Justice of Nigeria and custodian of judicial integrity, to take the one honest and just step: discontinue the illegal case of Nnamdi Kanu. By doing so, you will reaffirm Nigeria’s commitment to justice, restore confidence in the judiciary, and strengthen the rule of law.
May God bless and guide you as you continue to uphold justice in Nigeria and across the Commonwealth.
Respectfully,
Dr. David Nyekorach-Matsanga

@ChinasaNworu@AP This an evidence that THEY (Nigeria and it Enablers) have a negative agenda towards Biafrans by associating this guy to IPOB.
I hope Finnish government is true to their judgment not working towards an evil plan to rope all Biafrans.
