@artheart213 In Subnautica, not having weapons makes you far more aware of everything. You can't just turn around and shoot it. You have to either have a way to evade, or avoid it. For me, it definitely spiked up the tension when experiencing the crabs and ghosts. Personally, I like no guns.
@artheart213 I think it's less you're too fast on the art specifically, and more you're too quick to ship it. Slow down at the end and give it a good once over. Just to make sure. And for a little bit, do what I did with that Charlie art to double check your shading. Either before, or after.
Good thread for commissioners, please take a looksie
As I'm freelancing for living I feel it's my obligation to keep the space fair for both the artist and the client, and this one is for the latter
@PlumishPlum@blossumVT Unless I really know the artist, all new ones I won't work with unless it's 50/50. The ones I know personally I'm more trusting of. We have our issues now and then, but the work gets done. I've had new artists turn me away and even try and publicly shame me for requiring 50/50.
I asked you what artists are most tired of — and here’s what you said;
After going through tons of comments, I picked out the most common opinions and illustrated them. Being an artist in today’s world really isn’t easy…
Tell me, what resonated with you the most?
@JakeWolfe357@JayDrawins This means the artist will need to move to their processing systems for income, and finding webhosting services. Both of which are well known for caving to demands by anti porn organizations with little to no effort.
