Some non races have a great deal of white admixture so mixed offspring come out mostly white if the white traits dominate and overwrite the others.

In mxd people assuming it's a small percentage it's more about if the white traits won out and overwrote the other race, using it as a reproduction pod than it is about anyone being 100% whte.

Race percentage is not a total percentage share of many greats grandparents that were white or not but shows how much of the dna groups of whtes wrote out the other stuff.

Whtes and Asns both are up to 2% Neanderthal but not really because the only remaining Neanderthal dna that is in there is related to the immune system.
