But I still cycle it 1 a week

So my bike is parked and will be until the city can effectively clean- this is how well the sidewalk was done… the street was not… as for the bike lanes- concrete barriers pushed into them Lansdowne south of Dundas @311Toronto @NotSafe4BikesTO @TheBikingLawyer

@cityoftoronto For cyclists there are few options… All parallel streets have construction, no designated bike lanes. Either go north to Bloor or south to the lake… without alternatives this can’t be deemed a plan let alone a good one.

Today I chose to cycle Adelaide despite the severe restrictions to all lanes - bike/ car… @311Toronto not enough signage! Disappointed today the least. Even more disappointing the flagrant disregard of cyclists! no way to gain safety! @NotSafe4BikesTO @TheBikingLawyer

@NotSafe4BikesTO Bicycle lanes are not simply delineators… only sharrows are for both pedal operated and fully motorized. Can you let the trucking company know? Or did I just do that… lol

@bmdoucet Additionally Adelaide and Richmond have had so much construction King would be a great alternative but currently not so.

@cityoftoronto Please please please have the correct signage in place- the one lane is to be shared correct? Cars and cyclists to merge and there needs to be at least a city block of advance notice and ample space to merge.

@bmdoucet As a cyclist I have been avoiding King this year as it’s too tight in some parts with the streetcar and then in other parts so destroyed by construction that it’s simply safety hazard to try to navigate.
