WELSH INTER SCHOOLS & INTER-REGIONAL CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS
Good individual results from all three girls. Ruby came away with a bronze medal for East Wales U17 girls. Pippa also came away with a bronze medal for U15 girls. Beth Symons U13 girls were just beat into 4th place.

Good day yesterday at the Welsh Schools National Track and field championships - silver 🥈for Ruby Herdman in the 1500 steeplechase after a tough race and Olivia Ellis had a bronze in the Javelin.
