@Williamjkelly Hotel GMs need to meet with city. I started waving my hotel key at check points I was finally let in. They need more than a few check points though and hotels and residence need to be aware this is happening. I called the mayors office.
It needs to get shut down!

How dare you take advantage of seniors who prepay and then force them to sign a form that charges them $77 for tolls when the only toll fees were like $10 and they paid them in person at toll. When you call — a script— well you signed… awful!
