Loinnir (pronounced Lin-ir) is an Irish word for the flickering/dancing sparkle on the waters surface.
Here the Doolin ferry is retuning from a spin under the Cliffs of Moher on a sea full of Loinnir.

Remembering the great Peter Childs. Born #OnThisDay 1939. Best known as D.S ‘Ronnie’ Rycott in #Minder. He was at his best opposite his chief rival D.S Charlie’ Chisholm. I love this clip. Peter died tragically young aged just 50.
After the filming of Sergio Leone's "A Fistful of Dollars" (1964) was completed, Clint Eastwood returned to America, still believing he appeared in 'The Magnificent Stranger', which was the original title of the movie and presumed that he would never hear of the film again. 'A Fistful of Dollars' was released in Italy in September 1964, with no publicity, but soon became a huge countrywide hit. The movie had its Rome premiere in November and went on to out gross the two big hits of the year: "My Fair Lady" (1964) and "Mary Poppins" (1964).
In an interview, Sophia Loren asked an American journalist who was this ‘Clint Eastwood’, the latest star in Italy, who was giving Marcello Mastroianni a run for his money. Eastwood then read a piece in Variety on the popularity of Italian westerns in Europe, due to the outstanding returns on "A Fistful of Dollars". He had no idea that it was the movie he starred in. Having checked a couple of days later, he suddenly realised that it was his "stranger" who was the magnificent success.

The unmasking in The Invisible Man remains one of the most unforgettable moments in classic horror. And considering this was made in 1933, the effect is nothing short of astonishing.

A heartwarming scene unfolds as this big, gentle old Pitbull recognizes a familiar face in the shelter and slowly leans in for a hug.
You can feel the joy in the room as the Pitbull melts into the man's arms-proof that dogs never forget the ones they love.
This performance of this song is so perfect that no other versions can compare! Both girls are amazingly good! Everything is in the style of a bygone era: the dresses, the shoes, the hair, the makeup, the movements, the gestures, the voice, and even the timbre. Everything is just perfect!
