❓Did you know that a transport infrastructure review is currently taking place?
😟While it is very welcome, we have some concerns...
1) It's not being held in public
2) It's unclear who is advising Louise Haigh. National Highways? Companies involved with road projects?

We always hoped our fight in Surrey would have wider impacts.
So good to see that happen with today's announcement: the Govt won't defend the development consents for Rosebank & Jackdaw.
Here's a #StopRosebank banner on the Horse Hill gates.

Well done Sally and all who voiced their concerns about Gatwick's expansion plans at the public hearing yesterday. Let's hope the Inspector's listened and act based on People and Planet not just business interests.
Did you know? Replacing flights with rail on the UK's two most-used air routes would save 1.75 million tonnes CO2 per year.

On the way to Gatwick airport to speak at the Hearing for the proposed expansion. The airport is relying heavily on the govt’s Jet Zero policy to deal with emissions from flights, so it can justify the expansion. But Jet Zero won’t bring emissions down.
