I'm not convinced large legacy companies (~90%) are properly extrapolating the progress of frontier AI models even 12 to 24 months out.

Bright, hard working, clever executives of legacy businesses are very busy. They're focused on real problems and are driven to win. The world model they've crafted over decades of experience has successfully delivered for them, solving difficult problems and providing more goods and services more efficiently to the world.

That world model is no longer applicable.

The new frontier is a young person's game. Not in the literal sense, but in the sense it requires a vivid imagination, confidence and risk. All three of which generally diminish over time as the traditional corporate environment beats it out of you.

Accepting you must build something completely new that carries a high probability of failure when you're at the peak or tail end of a seasoned career is a hard pill to swallow. I don't blame them. But it is incumbent on those who do see what is coming to shake them. Be vocal and share your vision.

Fundamental reimagining of the future is required. Even more, the opportunity to accelerate the future of abundance is a thrilling endeavor.

@JasonBud One more - related to files. Again, targeting Average Joe here, they don't understand how to find a file that was created by grok build. And sometimes the file is too large to grab from the preview. Extremely simple access to files that are created removes a ton of frustration.

Interface. Calling it "Build" was brilliant, as it is less intimidating than "Code", but the interface still needs work. Average Joe wants a Windows/Mac desktop app that seamlessly translates coding prose and just gets things done. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, even using Claude Code and Codex is still high level difficulty for the average Joe.
