@Curious__J A lot of people(usually older) prefer them because they are a guarantee that a neighbors home can’t become unkempt and shitty/eclectic without consequences. Just a way to maintain standards and uniformity. I would never live in one, but I can see the appeal for certain types.

@KeepGoingEddie I worked offshore in the gulf for 3 years and crossed this line numerous times and it was never THIS defined. But it does exist. The Mississippi River water is dirty as hell and the gulf water is clear blue and “clean” by comparison.
