I made this list a few months ago because my family can be quite picky with food 😂 so I needed different ideas to work with. Thought I’d share in case it helps you too!
Is the @nigimmigration aware that the money I paid to renew my passport was sent to Dunamis International Gospel Centre or is that their payment partner?
instagram has brainwashed an entire generation into thinking expensive international trips are a life goal, even when they don’t even own a house.
the west convinced you to fly thousands of miles, blow your savings, take 200 pictures and call it “finding yourself.”
every country has mountains, beaches and pretty streets.
western tourism propaganda is working exactly as intended.
You need to know your hair porosity to find the right shampoo for you
Do a simple test by dropping a strand of your hair in a clear glass of water.
If it floats= low porosity
It sinks= high porosity
It sits the middle = medium porosity
Now how do you know which shampoo is for you?
When you pick up a shampoo bottle flip it and read the first 5 ingredients. 👇
Low porosity (product sits on hair) Look for: aloe, glycerin, honey, panthenol, light oils (argan, grapeseed, jojoba) Skip: heavy butters, castor/coconut oil high on the list, "intense repair" claims
Medium porosity Most "moisturizing" or "hydrating" shampoos work. Add protein once in a while.
High porosity (dry fast, frizzy) Look for: hydrolyzed proteins (keratin, wheat, silk, rice) plus shea, cocoa butter, olive or avocado oil
Words like "repair," "strengthen," "moisture lock" Skip: harsh "deep cleanse" shampoos used often
Sulfate-free is better for high porosity.
No ingredient list on the bottle? Leave it
Too much gist for one shampoo? I understand 😂

My mother came to our house three weeks after my wife gave birth.
She found my wife asleep on the sofa, holding our baby against her chest.
I was in the kitchen making coffee.
"How long has she been sleeping?" Mom asked.
"About twenty minutes. She's exhausted."
My mother looked at me.
"And what have you been doing?"
I explained that I'd been working all week and needed some rest, too.
She didn't argue.
