@FedEx continues to be the absolute worst - driver didn't even ATTEMPT a delivery - uploads a door tag image from in their truck apparently - I have cameras - no delivery was attempted. Called customer "service" was told to pound sand. #fedex is the WORST

@AmericanAir had one of the WORST customer service calls ever. - spent an hour on the phone and they REFUSED to help. Didn’t even offer a solution. Only to cancel and keep $100 of my money.
