@ctdss hello. I’m having the worst time trying to contact the DSS. I’ve called several times left a callback number, etc. but no one has ever called back. I need to talk to an agent about my account and it is urgent because I need to make appointments for this month. help?
@velovelovelo__ I haven’t seen any rage last year or this year. MVDP is more dominant than ever and WVA has been fading. I guess this precursor means more Monuments for MVDP?

@EversourceCT Wow! How do you expect people to get anything done? I uploaded hardship docs, got a call back, then spent hours on hold trying to reach you. Your “save my place in line & call back” system doesn’t even work—I’ve tried 3–4 times with no luck.
