@asda_mobile My husband had already called them, that's how he found out they'd disconnected his number without warning or permission. They just told him to complain to the ombudsman, which of course we will be doing.

@asda_mobile entirely failed to offer any explanation as to why there had been no warning that they'd disconnect the number my husband had held for years (across multiple networks) and no apology or offer of compensation for the IMMENSE inconvenience. Terrible experience.

Absolutely livid with @asda_mobile after they disconnected my husband's mobile number with ZERO WARNING, locking him out of everything that requires 2 step verification. The phone number had been his for years, received calls and texts on a daily basis, and was clearly in use.

@David_Hunter I have to say I'm jealous. Sunday at Download was my first people-y crowd social thing since pre pandemic. I even only listened to half a set in a tent to avoid being 'indoors' and stuck to outdoors. Got covid. Hope your cold is better soon!
