I don't agree a right to tell my Grandson - as an XR TWAT did - that he cannot cross Tower Bridge. In talking & listening to people at Tower Bridge there was no shortage of volunteers who would have been happy to help clear the blockage. It didn't involve using acetone on the superglue either.
