We have just started the mammoth task of tidying up our library of over 500 barrels. That means taste testing all the beer inside - so much for Dry January! Any old barrels will be recycled to make planters, furniture and oak chips.

Just spent a magic hour with @wildbeerco tasting their delicious new flagship IPA as well as some lovely lemongrass & chilli sea bream to go with it.

It is a mixed-ferm Talus-hopped IPA & it is EXCELLENT.
