Rescued by Jesus, so happy to be politically homeless and a lover of Chips&Salsa. Lost my former Twitter acct by accident but here to learn from great people.

Here we are, months after we met in person, when you sat across from me spewing lies and discrediting the feelings of girls, and now you’re doing the same thing again.
You say in this interview that we should have “respect for our colleagues”. First of all, these people aren’t my colleagues. This is not about respect or disrespect. Then, you go on to dump guilt in our laps by saying that there are only 10–15 transgender athletes and then question why we can’t make them feel included. How dare you? It is not my job to make boys and men feel included. I don’t care about their feelings; I care about my own safety and fairness in my sport. Speaking of feelings, the downfall of education and what I see on a daily basis going on in the classrooms is more focused on feelings than truth and education standards which is a big problem. Life isn’t all about feelings.
You have come out publicly against I-638, saying it is unnecessary. Thank God we have an initiative process in place in this state that allows people to stand up and use common sense against people like you, who are pushing your own agenda and ideology down the throats of Washingtonians.
Coming from a 17-year-old, you’re useless. You are doing a disservice to the girls of Washington State by not having the guts to stand up for us. I also find it interesting that you say our brains are not fully developed until we are 25, yet you have come out against Initiative 001 and are in favor of minors being able to change their gender, be called a different name, and pursue “gender-affirming care” without their parents’ knowledge. I am not a state superintendent, and, for that matter, I haven’t even graduated high school. Yet, I have enough common sense to know that hiding information like that from parents is terribly wrong.
But let’s stick to I-638. As an adult with a fully developed brain, you should use it to stand up for us girls who are crying out for help and simply asking to be protected in our own category and locker rooms. You are a true embarrassment. Thank you for showing the people of this state who you really are, especially the girls who are suffering because of your lack of awareness about what is happening right within our state. Your daughter, whom you like to bring up, and who you claim was an athlete herself, should be ashamed of her own father for not protecting girls. It makes me sick to think that you are hanging this dark cloud of guilt over the young girls in this state who are fighting for something that truly matters and are simply asking for safety in their locker rooms and fairness in their sports.
I had an 18-year-old man in my locker room when I was 15. What, in your right mind, makes you think it is okay for me and other girls to have to potentially see a penis in our locker rooms? Again, what kind of person thinks it is okay for someone to see a penis in a girls’ locker room-perversion comes to mind.
You sit there and lie, making people afraid by spreading misinformation about the initiative. You claim that it requires an invasive genital exam to confirm someone’s sex. That is absolutely wrong. What is truly happening, however, is that girls are being forced to enter such vulnerable spaces and risk seeing male genitals without their consent, or to compete against males on their girls’ teams.
Lastly, speaking of respect, I have absolutely none for you. You have done nothing to support the truth; instead, you continue to go against it. You danced around the truth in April when we met, and you continue to do so now. If I were old enough to vote—and trust me, I wish I were—I would be the first one to try to vote you out of office.
Because you have done nothing, I will continue to ask @GovBobFerguson for a face-to-face meeting. However, I doubt that will happen because, unfortunately, he shares the same crooked ideology as you.
In closing, I want to encourage people to vote YES on I-638 to protect girls’ sports!

OH MY GOD. The head of Washington's public school system just said it's NOT unfair for the Camas girls to have to race against a boy because "their brains aren't fully developed." HUH? This is the same guy who thinks kids should be able to chop their genitals off. SCREW YOU CHRIS REYKDAL.
Why won’t @wiaawa treat girls with respect?
According to their policies, girls need to just sit down, be quiet and accept boys in their sports.
They only care about boys.
The @JeffcoSchoolsCo athlete who lost her position to a male student shared her heartbreaking story (through her mom). Please share and give her a voice. @Riley_Gaines_@JenniferSey@xx_xyathletics@FoxNews@CivilRights@usedgov@ADFLegal@KristenWaggoner@Tyler2ONeil@nypost
This isn’t about believing every girl should make a team.
This isn’t about saying my daughter was entitled to a roster spot simply because she worked hard.
Competitive sports involve difficult decisions. Coaches have to make cuts. Athletes don’t always get the outcome they want.
But if girls’ sports are supposed to provide girls with athletic opportunities, parents have every right to ask what happens when a male athlete is given one of those opportunities instead.
We are talking about my daughter.
A real girl who loved her sport.
A girl who trusted her coach.
A girl who worked for an opportunity.
A girl who had dreams of playing college volleyball.
And a girl who was told she had been “beat out” by other athletes—only to discover that one of the athletes who received the opportunity was male.
I open-enrolled my daughter into Dakota Ridge High School specifically because of the volleyball program. She loved volleyball. She had invested years into the sport, had dreams of playing in college, and had built her high-school experience around being part of this team.
During this past summer, she was invited by the high school coaches to a special volleyball camp at Colorado Christian University that cost our family money. She also participated in additional training opportunities with the high school program.
Then things started to become confusing.
My daughter is a setter. That is her position. In June, the coach suddenly began encouraging her to try playing right side hitter. He told her she needed to try out as a right side hitter, even though hitting was not her position.
She trusted him.
She worked hard at the new position because she believed she was being given another opportunity to demonstrate what she could do.
At the same time, families began noticing that something was different regarding one particular student.
At first, we didn’t know what to make of it.
The student’s mother previously had spoken publicly to the media in Missouri and even NPR, and those stories confirmed what families had been wondering: the athlete participating with the girls was male.
My daughter went into tryouts believing she had a legitimate opportunity to make the team.
Instead, on the night of tryouts after being forced to try out for a position she does not know, she was left until nearly the very end then brought into a room with a panel of four coaches and told they did not have a spot for her.
Imagine being a teenage girl who has spent years working toward something, who changed schools for that opportunity, who was invited to additional training and a special camp, who was suddenly encouraged to learn an entirely new position—and then sitting in front of four coaches and being told there was no place for you.
She was devastated and that’s just scratching the surface.
The coach stated in writing,
“She competed for a spot, other athletes ultimately demonstrated more consistency in the areas needed, and she was beat out.”
Beat out-by a MALE.
My daughter was not simply losing a spot on a volleyball roster, she was losing something she had built her life around and part of her identity.
She has recently had to process the fact that the opportunity she had worked so hard for was given to a male. I’m just sick over it and something has to be done. Jeffco has told the community that no females have lost opportunities in sports!
Try to imagine explaining that to your daughter.
Girls should not have to wonder whether the athletic opportunities created for them will actually remain available to them. There’s so much more to say about fairness, safety, locker room issues and so on. But for now, thank you for reading this part of our story.
This is the heartbreak that is so often ignored.
When boys play girls’ sports, the boys get institutional support and sympathetic media profiles, while adults in charge congratulate themselves on their virtuous ability to ignore reality.
But girls are left abandoned on the sidelines, grappling with a devastating but unmistakable message: “You don’t matter.” States like Washington will toss girls’ fairness, safety, and opportunity aside the moment it interferes with the interests of a boy who claims to be a girl.
This isn’t just wrong. It’s a deliberate decision to treat girls worse than boys and demand sacrifices from them that boys don’t have to make. This is unlawful sex discrimination under Title IX.
That’s the argument we made in a recent application to the Supreme Court. On behalf of our client Kallie Keeler, we asked the Court to stop this unlawful discrimination and make Washington state give her a fair and safe playing field so she can play the sport she loves.
This scene just shows several more human reasons why the Court’s action is needed.
@NeilShenvi I’m guessing they could see the tumor as medically necessary to remove so that you don’t die, but they would not see the tumor as having any relation to anxiety, or depression, or affecting any chemicals in the brain. Just repent and believe the Gospel.
@NeilShenvi They don’t think anything could be physically wrong with the brain that would cause depression, anxiety or other disorders. It’s only a simplistic spiritual problem to then every time. Super dangerous.
Do you exercise to relieve stress and clear your mind? Do you spend time in nature to refresh yourself not only spiritually but mentally? These aren’t biblically prescribed actions. How are they different than other clinically informed actions from Gods common grace?
@HeathLambert at @acbc annual conference. “The clinically informed biblical counselor is like a mistress informed marriage.” The husband is saying his wife is not enough; so, the clinically informed biblical counselor is dissatisfied with God’s revelation.

Sophie just said only women should play women’s sports and that’s why this lady wrote an entire article bashing her as the biggest problem in the “W” NBA!!?? What is happening??
This season, the Indiana Fever and even the whole Caitlin Clark experience took a backseat to a bench player with big opinions.
So if the Fever ever want to go back to being a basketball team again, then Sophie Cunningham has to go, writes @CandaceDBuckner.

@jason_howerton Is this a joke? Trump is the biggest heretic plus full of unspeakable evils. I would never vote for Talarico but dude be intellectually honest.
Yesterday courts ruled that the @NCAA has no obligation to keep men out of women’s sports and locker rooms.
The governing bodies that should be the most committed to protecting us seem to be the most determined to fail us.
