On a call with @Expedia for the last 1 hour. Have been on hold for 50 min on and off. The worst #CustomerService I have encountered in recent months. @Expedia - have you designed this #fail to deter customers from using flight credits? Or have you just stopped caring?
@Expedia ‘s cust service has deteriorated badly. Booked flight against past travel credit 2 days ago. No confirm. #CustomerService hangs up or asks to call back. Almost $1000 travel credit has disappeared from the site. The convenience factor of bkg thru Expedia has eroded.
