We don’t often talk publicly about the specific work we do with individual clubs—but this one is worth celebrating. Some have called it ‘The Miracle on Grass’, and we’d agree—it stands as one of the most remarkable escape stories in recent English football.
Back in December, barely an hour after joining forces with @burtonalbionfc , we at Twelve were brought in to help the club confront a daunting reality: just 1 win in 16 games, bottom of League One, and seemingly headed for relegation.
Our role was clear—help the club reset, fast. We developed a data-led survival strategy. It was ambitious: a framework built on 10 critical metrics and 10 key targets. If they could be hit, the season could be salvaged.
The next step? Find a manager who could turn the plan into reality.
If you need help finding the right manager to reach your targets? Contact us and we'll set up a meeting.

An excellent player under Gary Bowyer's leadership, and he scored the goal to secure the final point #BAFC needed for safety! 🌟
At the bottom of League One, Burton Albion are now just three points behind Bristol Rovers AND they have a game in hand. 👀
Since Gary Bowyer took over, the Brewers have the 10th best record in the third tier. ☕️

Burton remain one of the very few clubs to be profitable over time, but at the current rate this is likely to only last a couple more years.

@EFL Who would have thought that when the Brewers were first promoted to the Football League that they would have players born in all parts of the world playing for them in the league. In their first 700 games they have had players born in the following countries #BAFC
