All the dealers I called said they don’t have enough service technicians or parts to repair the cars so they are backlogged. We have a vehicle that is constantly wet and smells musty. Brand new car and no one can fix it.

@chevrolet 2023 Equinox. Water leaks in the car when driving and raining. Dealership had for 11 days and found no leaks. Yesterday we drove in the rain again and the back floorboard was saturated with water again. 2-3 weeks wait for a dealership to even took at.

Took to a Chevy dealership that had it for two weeks. Said nothing was wrong. Chevy said no warranty claim. Drove today in the rain for the first time since getting it back and this. Guess this is normal.
