@FedEx it’s been in “clearance in progress for 5 days.

This morning I called the international number - great news. It’s cleared customs.

Of course your app still says “clearance in progress”

I wait all day, no change in status so I call again. They tell me again it’s cleared customs and I need to dial the 1800GoFedEx number now.

So I do. The phone bot says it’s on a truck for delivery, it’s said that for three days so I ask for a rep.

The rep says I can’t help, you need to talk to international and I get transferred.

International says I can’t help you need to talk to FedEx Freight, and I get transferred again.

Get this, FedEx Freight says it HASN’T cleared customs and they can’t put it on a truck.

I inform her that their customs team said it’s cleared twice now. She says nope, I know how to read these bills, been doing it for years, and it hasn’t cleared customs.

Called the FedEx customs group again, they tell me freight is wrong.

So freight won’t put it on a truck since it hasn’t cleared customs. Customs says it’s cleared and freight is wrong.

FedEx customs says they will submit a ticket and include the paperwork that shows it’s cleared to freight but it could take over 24 hours for the ticket to make it to freight and get processed.
