@Avis 2hr 20m to get a car. If you don’t have the logistics or infrastructure to support the number of reservations then don’t take the reservation. The entire point of the reservation is to secure the vehicle @nationalcares stop always being sold out so this isn’t an issue.

@Avis an hour plus wait to get to the counter at yyc Calgary airport only to be told we don’t have your reservation ready we will call your name in 30 mins or so. This will be a 2 hr process yet no lines at your competition.
