@DanielPink 1. Many parents will drop off their kids at 7:30 on the way to work. Kids still get up early! Schools babysit.
2. Some school start times at end of bus routes pushed to 10AM. Kids get home late.
3. Policy is out of touch, top down, ivory tower. Ask for parents input.
