Take some time today to do something good for someone else. Big or small. It doesn’t matter. Hopefully it will bring some joy to his or her day—and maybe even to yours, too. Now do it again tomorrow...and the next day...and the next day...
It’s #WorldKindnessDay 🤍 What a great way to start the week! Let’s all find a moment to carry out a small, random act of kindness. Making someone’s day a little brighter will make yours brighter too. Time to make Monday truly magical ✨ Have a wonderful week everyone!
Excited to share a wonderful new book, The Power of Empathy, by @MichaelTennant via @ChronicleBooks.

I get it. We all have busy schedules with a lot of responsibilities. But when you can: Take a moment to experience some joy. If you keep your eyes and mind open, I think you'll find a lot more opportunities than you might realize. Even in the rain.
Last Friday, my wife & I walked our daughter to nursery school on a rain-soaked day in New York. Seeing the wide-eyed grin on our daughter's face—& hearing her non-stop giggles as she stomped in puddles w/her rain boots along the way—reminded me to appreciate life’s simple joys.
Kindness is NOT weakness.
It is a strength.
The strength to lead by empathetic example… The strength to encourage, empower, and elevate others.
Kindness is the power to understand others—and who doesn’t want to be understood?

Acts of kindness that feel small to us have a big impact on others.
Research: kids and adults underestimate how tiny acts of generosity lift others' moods.
There's no easier way to make someone's day than to offer a compliment, give a little gift, or send a handwritten note.
You're not obligated to maintain a relationship with anyone who treats you poorly.
No mentor, friend, or relative deserves unconditional loyalty. Past help is not an excuse for present harm.
If they're having a negative impact on you, you don’t have to keep them in your life.
To all of us who dream during the day…
“They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night.” ~ Edgar Allan Poe
Excited to read @peterkeo’s “Compassion Now!: Remove Head and Heart Blockages, Manifest Your Dreams, Serve Humanity.”
