In case anyone was wondering what it's like to try to solve the technical problem of "my iPhone stopped getting cell service" with @Verizon, my wife spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday, and I've on my 2nd hour today, about half of which was listening to on-hold muzak.

This is utterly shameful.

Those of us in the greater Ithaca community struggle with the limited revenue we can use as a result of Cornell being tax exempt, and for what? They don't even use that hoarded money for the betterment of their students.
Cornell students deserve better.
