@ScottKirsner @BankofAmerica During COVID BofA shut most of our branches in Sonoma County (Nor Cal). They’ve now made those closures permanent. There is now one branch for a small city of roughly 150K people. Good luck getting into the branch for anything - typically a 30+ min line.

There are many poor laws but I always felt QSBS aligned things between entrepreneurs and the rest of the country well. It was a good 30-year old law that struck the right balance between the holding period & dollar amount per unit of value. It doesn't impact the richest of rich.
