My @amazon package was out for delivery for 5 days so I contracted customer support. I got lectured by @AmazonHelp about how it was my fault because I bought a product that was shipped by a 3rd party. Why is that my concern?

Today I had a nice person reach out to me on Facebook saying they just returned from up north and found my @FedEx package on their porch. Funny that package required a signature and @FedEx sent me proof of the signature. Driver signing? What the point of the signature?

Now @FedEx is telling me I'm going to have to wait two more days to get an update on my Pixel Watch (three days total). I'm shocked by the lack of customer service/not caring one bit. Not sure why @madebygoogle would use this company.

Been waiting for a package all from @FedEx @FedExHelp all of a sudden I get an email saying it's been delivered but it wasn't. Tooke me 20+ minutes to talk to someone. They then tell me too bad, things have to wait until Monday. Station closed. #fail

I finally talked to someone at @amazon and they informed me my item that is 5 days and counting late was lost in transit, I should have been contacted, but wasn't. When I asked if there was anything they could do to make it up they hung up on me. #fail #NotMyPrime #amazon

@amazon has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When I request a call do you think I want to go through a horrible chatbot? No I then get put in a que to talk to someone only to get hung up on right way.

@AmazonHelp Unacceptable for an Amazon Delivery Day when things are ordered well in advanced. The issue was waiting too long moving items. Won't be using this shipping option again. #AmazonFail

Power has flashed off and on multiple times in the last 20 minutes. There is no way Michigan should allow @DTE_Energy to raise rates until they fix the problem. They already have record profits.
